Wildings

From seven continents around the world, each wildling has six primary stats: Heal Point, Attack Power, Speed, Defense Power, Weight, Length, Lifespan. Beside the primary stats, wildlings may have one or more of ten secondary stats: Poison, Heal Buff, Attack Debuff, Attack Buff, Defense Debuff, Defense Buff, Speed Debuff, Speed Buff, Life Steal and Damage Reflection.

Each wildling type has one of the three rarity levels: Common (rarity level 1), Rare (rarity level 2) or Exotic (rarity level 3). For example, a great white shark is a rare animal, and an alligator is a common one.

Up-leveling of a Wildling is possible with a release of an existing Wildling NFT. With every new up level, all primary and secondary stats will increase by 5% and one stat randomly selected will increase by 10%. Rangers need to release (burn) a secondary wildling to up level their main wildling. The secondary wildling’s level has to be equal to or greater than the level of the up leveling wilding plus their rarity difference.

For example, a Level 3 exotic (rarity: 3) animal can be up leveled with a secondary common (rarity: 1) animal at level 5 minimum. Since the transaction is on the blockchain network, ranger is liable to pay the transaction fee.

Herds

Rangers create one or more herds from their wildlings to fight with other herds and gain FODR.

A herd consists of four wildlings. One wildling can only be a part of one herd. Rangers can form multiple herds as many as the wildling inventory allows.

The order of the animals in the herds is determined by the ranger. First animal in the herd is the melee wildling. The melee wildling defends all the attacks in a herd fight. If the melee wildling is knocked out in a fight, it is replaced by the next wildling in the herd order. Hence, the order of the herd is important in a fight. Herds can be updated/modified by changing the wildlings’ order OR modifying the members of the herd.

Fights

Once rangers have a herd and decide to fight with it, they choose to get in the fight queue. Wildalo selects two herds to fight automatically (based on the strength of the herds, e.g. levels and/or rarity of the wildlings):

  • Herd fights happen in turns. During each turn, each animal attacks and/or gets damage according to their stats

  • The herd which can knock out all the animals on the other herd wins the fight

  • The result of the fight does NOT impact the wildlings. e.g. When a wildling is knocked out during the fight, the ranger does NOT lose the wildling. Therefore the ranger can continue fighting the same wildling and/or herds

  • A fight completes in 3 hours and no interaction UI during the battle. Battle results are published at the end of the three hours. And rangers can see the details of the battle via accessing the battle report

  • A ranger can only have a maximum of 2 different herds fighting at the same time (or in the queue)

  • Rangers whose herd wins a fight earns

    • Base:

      • 0.5 WARC (under the token distribution constraints)

      • 5 FODR

    • Plus:

      • Fight difficulty bonus: % = 5 x (max(Herd level of Loser - Herd level of winner, 0) / 36)

      • Level Bonus: 2% x per winner herd level increase in FODR rewards (no increase in WARC)

  • Ranger can claim (transfer to the digital wallet) the rewards anytime by paying the transaction fee
